Physical and chemical properties:
TD-360 is an ecofriendly non-oxidative bactericide/algaecide which contains phosphonium salts. It is stable and miscible in water(storage period is over one year). It is effective in broad-spectrum, and has outstanding effect in eliminating bacteria and clearing mucous mud from pipeline and other systems.
Applications:
TD-360 is a ecofrindly bactericide/algaecide with low toxicity, high efficiency and broad spectrum which made under the technology imported from the USA, and has outstanding elimanating effect against heterotrophic bacteria, Gram negative bacteria, Gram positive bacteria, ferribacteriales, fungi and algae, etc. TD-360 is extremely effective against sulfate reducing bacteria( S.R.B). TD-360 degrades quickly to completely non-toxic substance after using. It is mainly used as bactericide, fungicide, antibacterial agent in oilfield, petrochemical, metallurgy, power station, paper processing industries.
Features:
① Bactericidal broad-spectrum-TD-360 has outstanding elimanating effect against heterotrophic bacteria, Gram negative bacteria, Gram positive bacteria,mould and algae, especially effective against sulfate reducing bacteria( S.R.B).
② High efficiency-sterilization rate of TD-360 is higher than 99%, and it is much more effective in clearing mucous mud than common used bactericide containing ammonium salt.
③ Less froth & Easy blending -TD-360 has less froth than bactericide containing ammonium salt. Its wide PH enables it can be mixed with corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors, and has no negative effect on their performance, even has synergisticeffect and improve the effect of bacteria & algae killing, corrosion and scale inhibition.
④ Eco-friendly-TD-360 is phosphate salt bactericides, contains no environmentally harmful substance, such as halogen, ammonium, etc. And it degrades quickly to completely non-toxic substance after using.
How to use:
when used in industrial recirculating cooling water systems, TD-360 is usually cooperately used with oxidative bactericide/algaecide by impact regular dosing. When used as bactericide/algaecide, dosing amount is 50-100mg/L; when used as biofilm strippers, the dosing amount is 80-150mg/L. Specific use mehod will be conducted according to actural situation when it is used in other fields.
